We are writing to you to inform you of a Dometic product recall, we have put all the relevant communications on our website where you will find a list of the affected SKU numbers (also list below),
If you have a unit with the affected SKU codes from that list, Dometic are asking that you register yourselves with all the relevant sku codes that you have, with firstname.lastname@example.org
Any units that have been fitted into a vehicle are to be isolated with immediate effect, instructed not to use, until further notice by Dometic themselves, this will require a field test to verify if the unit is affected. This will need to carried out by a Dometic approved engineer. Please ask your customers to email with the location of their vehicles to email@example.com so Dometic can arrange this.
For the units that have NOT yet been fitted and are still in the original packaging, then if you can make contact with your supplier along with evidence of the purchase then they can arrange collection and in return a full refund will be given.
